Case study: How CORMEN increased sales by 15% with CM2W smart dosing technology

Learn more about how CM2W’s smart dosing technology helped a leading Czech chemical manufacturer increase sales.

As one of the leading manufacturers of professional cleaning chemicals and hygiene products in Central Europe, CORMEN s.r.o. continuously invests in innovation and operational efficiency.

To support this digital transformation, CM2W implemented an IoT-based dosing ecosystem across CORMEN facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The project combined intelligent dosing systems, wireless sensors, and a centralized IoT platform for real-time monitoring, full operational visibility, remote control, and advanced reporting.

About CORMEN

Founded in 1994, CORMEN specializes in professional cleaning chemicals and hygiene solutions for the HoReCa, healthcare, laundry, food processing, and industrial cleaning sectors.

The company develops and manufactures its own chemical formulations and is known for its focus on quality, technical expertise, environmental responsibility, and customer support. Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as CLEAMEN, KRYSTAL, ISOFA, ISOLDA, TONGO, and VAKAVO.

As the company continued investing in automation and production modernization, the next logical step was the digital transformation of its chemical dosing operations.

The challenge

As CORMEN expanded its operations and customer network, managing dosing systems across multiple facilities became increasingly demanding.

Traditional dosing management methods limited operational efficiency and required extensive manual oversight from technical teams.

CORMEN needed a centralized, intelligent, and scalable solution capable of supporting both existing operations and future expansion.

The CM2W IoT implementation

Beginning in January 2024, CORMEN started implementing CM2W smart dosing technologies across customer facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The implementation included a complete IoT ecosystem combining IoT-enabled dosing systems, wireless sensors, and an intelligent software platform with customized interface aligned with the CORMEN brand identity.

Implementation scope

The implementation currently includes 67 smart dosing systems (and growing) across 58 facilities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The cloud-based platform allows the CORMEN team to remotely monitor, manage, and analyze all connected dosing systems and sensors in real time through a customized interface.

This level of operational visibility allows CORMEN to proactively manage installations instead of reacting to issues after they occur.

Results achieved

Within two years, the collaboration delivered measurable operational and commercial improvements.

Thanks to more accurate dosing and diaphragm pump technology, CORMEN achieved an approximate 15% increase in sales among existing customers.

  • Approx. 15–20% increase in detergent sales in gastro applications
  • Approx. 10–12% increase in detergent sales in laundry applications

The improved dosing consistency and optimized processes allowed customers to achieve better washing and cleaning results, leading to higher product utilization and stronger customer retention.

  • Approx. 35–40% reduction in on-site service visits

This allowed technical teams to spend significantly less time on routine maintenance and troubleshooting and more time on customer consulting, process optimization, and new business opportunities.

Client’s feedback

After implementing CM2W’s customized washing technology at SAUNIA, the client was able to completely eliminate external washing services. The new systems were installed across all 16 operations and now generate annual savings of approx. €416,000.

At FEBA ECO, a commercial laundry and dry-cleaning company, the solution also reduced laundry costs by 27% compared to working with a multinational provider.

What our clients value most is the fast response and the ability to quickly adapt washing programs whenever needed. Since the customer’s facilities are located more than 500 km from our headquarters, the CM2W solution also helps us significantly reduce transportation and logistics costs.

 – Richard Nagy, Technology & Marketing Leader at CORMEN

The implementation of CM2W technologies also marked a broader strategic transformation inside CORMEN.

Large investments into the industrial dosing segment accelerated after Richard Nagy joined the company and introduced CM2W smart dosing solutions into CORMEN’s operational workflow and customer infrastructure.

The partnership helped position CORMEN not only as a chemical manufacturer, but as a modern provider of intelligent hygiene and dosing solutions.

Conclusion

The collaboration between CM2W and CORMEN s.r.o. demonstrates how IoT technologies and smart dosing systems can transform hygiene operations at scale.

By combining intelligent dosing hardware, wireless monitoring, and centralized cloud management, CORMEN successfully improved operational efficiency, reduced service costs, optimized chemical usage, and strengthened customer support capabilities across multiple markets.
