The CTDS is a powerful IoT dosing system, designed for centralized chemical management across complex multi-washer and tunnel washer installations. It can operate up to 15 washer extractors and 1 tunnel washing machine, with support for up to 10 dosing groups and 10 chemical products per group.
The system offers flexible pump configurations, including air-operated and motor-driven diaphragm pumps, and supports single, dual, or dedicated flow meters per pump for accurate dosing verification and proof of delivery.
Wireless signal modules and sensors enable reliable communication with connected laundry equipment while reducing installation complexity.
All operations can be monitored and controlled in real time through the CM2W cloud-based IoT platform. Users have 24/7 access to performance data, consumption insights, dosing activity, and system notifications from any internet-connected device.
