The CTDS Controllers Package is a high-performance IoT multi-washer and tunnel dosing solution, designed to operate up to 15 washer extractors and 1 tunnel laundry machine and manage up to 10 chemical products per dosing channel. It is suitable for commercial laundries, chemical treatment, plumbing, and irrigation.
The package includes a main board and a range of high-capacity extension boards, including output, input, and dry contact/flow meter boards. Each setup supports up to seven output extension boards with 20 relays each, providing a total capacity of 140 output relays for managing complex operations and large-scale installations.
The controllers support remote and manual calibration, easy programming, and quick duplication of settings across multiple devices. With single, dual, or dedicated flow meter technology, it ensures accurate dosing and reliable proof of delivery.
Connected to the CM2W IoT platform, the CMWDS Controller enables 24/7 monitoring, remote management, dosing reports, performance insights, and real-time notifications. Wireless modules and sensors provide additional visibility into washer signals, wash temperature, and chemical levels.
