The CTDS is a powerful, high-efficiency IoT dosing system designed for on-premise and industrial laundries. It provides centralized chemical dosing for up to 15 washer extractors and up to 10 chemicals.
The system uses a shared pump, available in pneumatic or electric configuration, together with pneumatic or electric distribution valves. This setup ensures reliable detergent distribution, high durability, low maintenance, and accurate chemical dosing.
Advanced flow meter technology provides reliable proof of delivery, helping laundries monitor dosing accuracy and optimize chemical consumption.
All operations can be monitored and controlled in real time through the CM2W cloud-based IoT platform. Users have 24/7 access to performance data, consumption insights, dosing activity, and system notifications from any internet-connected device.
